  5. loved the progressive of pictures -- your daughter in 2008 & 2012 [you always have short hair in your pics]? I especially like the red dress this year.

    1. Hi Donna. I had long hair for over 20 years...even kept it permed. Then I went back to short. I love it. Less headaches --literally. It seemed everyone had the red dress idea for the Harlequin party. Must be a popular color this year.

  6. You definitely have got the memories! And you put in your time and paid your dues to get where you're at today. I'm so glad to be part of your RWA circle now--so glad it goes beyond that too! Thanks for the memories :-)

It's amazing to look back. I have so many pictures of my "fan girl" moments. I plan on putting them on my FB page soon (gotta finish this book first).

      Good luck!

  9. Thanks for sharing 13 ears of highlights from your life. You look so happy!

I can sure relate to the college expenses. I have my middle son graduating on August 9th from grad school. He starts a job on August 12th!! My youngest is in his second year of grad school which started this week.

What's your secret to looking younger as the years go by? Love your smile!
    It's contagious!

    1. Thanks Laurie and sympathy on the grad school(s)! But I'm so happy your son has a job! WOOT !!!

The hubby and I started working out and eating healthier (now if the thyroid would just settle down...ugh). But you know, I got lucky in the "young-looking" department. I'm not certain about any secrets. If I had them, I'd be bottling it up.

It's easy to smile at conference where I'm truly surrounded by friends. It's such an energy boost!
