WE ASKED OUR FAVORITE AUTHORS
Do you have an all-time favorite Valentine Candy?
FIRST, big big THANKS to all our participating authors and for their generosity. So...if I were choosing a special treat... Honestly, I'd settle for any of these. But on Valentine's Day...
IT'S CONVERSATION HEARTS
ANGI MORGAN: "Valentine's Day just isn't Valentine's without a box of hearts."
BECKY LOWER: "Years ago, I sent a Valentine message to my boyfriend using conversation hearts."

DANICA WINTERS: "Anything Godiva (and yes, I already bought myself chocolates)."
TESSA McFIONN: "OOH! Did someone say candy? I am so bad and have a dangerous sweet tooth. But gonna say that my favorite has to be something with dark chocolate! The darker, the better. Add a mint and I am in heaven!"
E.E. BURKE: I'm sweet on a Kansas City company that makes artisan chocolates: Christopher Elbow. These are almost too pretty to eat. Almost...
REGAN WALKER: reminding us that “All you need is love. But a little chocolate now and then doesn't hurt.” ~Charles Schultz

ReplyDeleteYou can find out on our Facebook page.
DeleteI think the original bit.ly link caused some confusion. It made it look like the personal favorite candy question was the one for the above contests. So, when there were no comments at the bottom of the screen I clicked the "Comments" link and I left my comment on the other "who has a sweet tooth" page. It looks like the same happened to a few others.
ReplyDeleteTo repeat my comment here: I can't eat a lot of the retail Valentine's Day candies any more. In general, I love Enjoy Life's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Mega Chunks. My favorite homemade candies either involve melting that down to make thin pieces in shapes or some combination of coconut or caramel, or both, and that chocolate.
Sorry for the confusion.
DeleteIt's okay, Angi. I think my comment wasn't clear: I just thought that I should give you guys a heads up that other people posted over there too. You might find that some people said they commented on this post in the Rafflecopter and then not find their comments here because they commented on the wrong page.
