We drove from 5 am until 6 pm. There were a few stops along the way, but at least we'd seen most of this part of Texas before and didn't need to stop for pictures. Now the rest of the trip...that's totally a different attitude. New places to see require frequent stops to take pictures. Here's a hint of one of our stops once we were in the Rocky Mountains.
