a New Puppy
We have a new addition to our family... meet Rogue. She's named after the X-Men super hero.
Rogue was a tiny puppy from DFW Lab Rescue who we fostered. She's fabulous. Smart, curious, a fast learner. And the perfect fit for our family. Even if she will be spending most of her time with her new brother, Captain (named for Captain America of Avengers fame).

CHRISTMAS LIGHTS FOR EVERYONE
For 25 years my small suburb of Dallas had a special trail of holiday lights. And a new mayor decided to end it two years ago. Sure they brought a bit of outside traffic, but the time spent in the car with my loved ones through the year to look at them was well worth it. It brings me joy each time I look through the pictures each year...even if some of the images were exactly the same.
They are missed by everyone.
