  1. Congratulations to Simone. DQing myself from the drawing of course because I'm doing the give away. But, yes, I believe in ghosts. I've often felt someone standing beside me or behind me. Particularly when I went to my office after my father passed away. I'd been off work to attend the funeral, and went into the office late at night to catch up on work. This might sound crazy, but having a hard time focusing, I was obviously grieving. I felt someone place his hands on my shoulders.

I gasped and turned around but no one was there. In the next moment, however, it was as though my dad was saying I'm okay, move on. Wishing you all the best, Simone.

  2. I do believe in ghosts. After my Father passed away, I know he visited me, but only for a short time.

  3. Yes, I absolutely believe in ghosts, as do most members of my family. I wonder is it the Irish in us? Not that *being* Irish makes you believe, but that we're raised on those tales?

In any case, I'm super excited for this book! Off to add it to my wish-list for the next book order now : )

    1. Jen, I'm Irish and Scottish and English and Spanish.... In other words I'm all mixed up. But I love a good ghost story. My favorite one as a kid was.... "I am the ghost of the three bloody fingers." Anyone remember that?

  4. I do believe in ghosts even though I have never encountered one. I've always been fascinated by ghost stories and shows based on true events. One of my favorite tv shows is A Haunting on the Discovery Channel. Unfortunately they stopped producing new shows for some time now. I think some people with keen senses can "feel" them or there are animals who do seem to see ghosts.

  5. What an interesting novel. Those quotes have me a very curious and a little spooked about reading it. :) I definitely believe in ghosts. We had some experiences in a condo my family lived in when I was growing up and a few more when my uncle passed away. He was sort of a prankster and we were sure he visited us a few times while we were together for his funeral. I can't explain it all, but feel certain that there are beings that we can't see, at least most of the time... ;)

  8. Congratulations. This book looks and sounds wonderful because I do believe in ghosts! My sister's house is over 100 years old and there are just too many unexplained happenings, including an "old man" and a little girl that can be seen periodically in the house when no one else is in it.
