THE Q&A
ANGI: How often to you get lost in a story?
TRACEY: Every time I write an intensely emotional scene, I find myself getting lost in the plot. Sometimes when I take a break from writing, I look up from my computer screen and realize I’m in my house! LOL! That’s a good day!

ANGI: What’s your favorite thing about your book’s hero?
TRACEY: I love that Paul never once gives up on Lizzie. He loves her no matter what and stands by her even when she doubts her own ability to fall in love.

ANGI: What’s your favorite movie of all time?
TRACEY: Ohhhh I so love the movie Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil. I know it’s non-fiction but it totally plays like a fictional event.

ANGI: What’s your perfect day?
TRACEY: Right now, my perfect day would be one with sunshine in it!

ANGI: Salad or soup?
TRACEY: Soup.

ANGI: Favorite TV rerun you watch every time you channel surf?
TRACEY: Big Bang Theory

ANGI: Favorite date night…fancy or at home?
TRACEY: fancy

ANGI: Champagne or Soda?
TRACEY: Champagne

ANGI: The most daring thing you’ve ever done… Care to share?
TRACEY: Okay here goes; As a dare made by my then boyfriend and now husband, I once sat on the edge of a bridge on a train trestle while the train whizzed by me inches away. Not my brightest move by the way, but I guess we’d do anything for love! And children don’t try this at home!

ANGI’s GOTTA ASK:  SHOW ME YOUR SHOES…

TRACEY’S GOTTA ANSWER:  Flip Flops

A SURPRISE FOR ABIGAIL
Women of Surprise, #1

Cole Stanton was a man on the move. On his own since the death of his family, he drifted from place to place, guarding his heart from attachment to anything or anyone.

Meanwhile, Abigail Monroe was busy planning her wedding until she was jilted by her intended, Edward Quinn. Her heart broken and her hopes dashed, Abigail vowed to never fall in love again, fleeing to the town of Surprise to visit her sick Aunt Margaret.
However, when Abigail arrived, she found that her Aunt Margaret had an unorthodox request of her: become the town's first woman sheriff!

When Abigail agrees, her life quickly turns upside down. Her first arrest is none other than Cole Stanton, for drunken and disorderly conduct. After his arrest, it becomes clear to Abigail that Mr. Stanton could be much more than he seems. He may very well be a wanted man: wanted both by the law and by Abigail.

A CHANGED AGENT
The Andirondack Pinkertons #1

When schoolteacher Elsie Mitchell meets rugged William Benton on a train platform in Albany, it appears they have nothing in common. He isn’t the sort of fellow a proper young woman of the 1890s would ever speak to, much less become involved with. But when she arrives at her small town in the Adirondack Mountains, Elsie is offered a job as caregiver for this mysterious out-of-towner’s niece and nephew, who’ve been tragically orphaned. Heartbroken for them, she accepts.
Unknown to her, William is an undercover Pinkerton agent posing as a lumber-company foreman. He’s never wanted family—his work is too dangerous. Yet as Elsie transforms his house into a home and he spends time with the children, he feels drawn to family life—and to Elsie.
As a good Christian, Elsie is troubled by William’s secrets…though she does find him intriguing. And when a sinister figure from her past arrives, Elsie and William will have to trust in faith and newfound love to protect their unlikely family from danger.

WELCOME to the CREW !!

C.H. ADMIRAND writes about the things she loves most: Family, her Irish ancestry, baking and gardening. Her family centers her and keeps her sane. She’s a sucker for broad shoulders and green eyes and still married to the man she fell in love with at-first-sight 44 years ago. Take a trip back in time to the Old West with her Irish Western Series, or further back to her Medieval Trilogy. Fast-forward to the present, stopping at the Circle G Ranch in Pleasure, Texas or Claddagh Ranch in Emerson, Colorado.  Do you have a hankering for a slice of pure heaven? Then don’t forget to visit the McCormack sisters at the Apple Grove Diner in Apple Grove, Ohio–Small Town USA–for a slice of Peggy McCormack’s Buttermilk Pie! C.H. loves to hear from readers and swap recipes.

With 16 novels and 14 novellas and short stories to her credit, this award-winning, multi-published author’s books are available in paperback, hardcover, trade paperback, magazine, e-book, large print, and audio book.

Emily Griffith is looking for a new start…
and finds it at the Emerson Diner in Colorado. Small minded gossips and a hard-headed cowboy threaten Emily’s new life. but will she cut and run, or open her heart and stay?

U.S. Marshal Ben Justiss was hooked…
when Peggy McCormack overnighted one of her decadent pies to him. During her protection detail in Las Vegas, he knew she was the woman for him. Then duty called…

Fate throws them together…
will Peggy be able to help Ben heal then walk away,
or will she trust her heart a second time?

C.H.’s Bestselling Historical Irish Western SeriesThe Marshal’s Destiny, The Rancher’s Heart, Pearl’s Redemption,
A Gift From Home, & For Love of Flynn

I love tapping into my Irish Ancestry and using family names in all of my books, and it all started with my first novel in 2001: The Marshal’s Destiny. The original cover had a cameo of the real Margaret Mary Flaherty, my Great Grandmother--the inspiration for the fictional Margaret Mary Flaherty.

C.H.'s Medieval Trilogy: Mo Ghra, Mo Chroi, Go Deo (Translation: My Love, My Heart Forever)

I fell in love with Erroll Flynn the first time I saw him in Robin Hood watching the late, late, late show. The Normans and The Saxons played a role in my ancestors' past: though Purcell is an Irish surname, it's roots are Norman inspiring me to set my Medieval trilogy during the Saxon Uprisings.
